The new RITE* law forbids the use of non-renewable energy sources for pool heating, both exterior and interior. It is mandatory to use solar energy to provide between 30 and 70% of the annual thermal needs required to heat the pool, depending on the climate of the area.
It is also mandatory to cover the surface of the heated pool, be it interior or exterior.
